Bring more into TimeKey

Clear the paper off your desk, revisit the welcome, or look at what you've brought in before. Everything is still shown to you before it becomes a record.

School Key

Blackbird Prep on your days

School Key keeps the school record — lessons, mastery, attendance, portfolios. TimeKey receives only what needs a place on a day: the school block, field trips, assessments, supply reminders and reporting deadlines.

Not connected

On — school items show on your days.

Nothing arrives lesson by lesson: a school day is one block. Disconnecting retires the key; items already here keep their place and simply stop updating. To just pause, use the switch above.

Conversation

TimeKey Assistant

Talk to your planner in plain words, from Today or the Talk page.

Deleting, overwriting and changes to an outside calendar are always confirmed, whatever you choose here.

The Keys assistant number is (320) 302-7744. Status: Not linked. Linking asks you to confirm a code here first — a phone number on its own is never proof it's you.

Optional

Text messages from My Keys LLC — Keys Assistant

Messages come from (320) 302-7744. Entirely up to you: TimeKey works exactly the same if you skip this, and you never need to give a phone number to use your planner.

Only collected if you choose texts. My Keys LLC does not sell or share mobile numbers or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.

What you write stays yours. The assistant reads your planner only to answer you, nothing is copied to another Key unless you choose to send it, and what's recorded is the change itself — never a transcript of its reasoning.

Connected Keys

Optional deeper layers

Each Key is a complete app on its own. Where two of them touch the same thing — a scheduled session, a day's sky — the record is kept once and shown by both.

Frequency Keys

Sessions and tracks you can place on a real day, and finish in either app.

Connected

What travels

  • Scheduled sessions: which track, what date and time, how long.
  • Whether a session was completed or skipped, and when.
  • Passages you deliberately send across from a journal entry or travel note.

What stays here

  • Everything you write here. Nothing travels unless you pick the words and send them.
  • Scripts and audio stay in Frequency Keys; TimeKey holds the title and the link only.

Astrology Keys

The longer reading behind today's sky, and the reflections that go with it.

Connected

What travels

  • One daily sky record — the same moon, phase and illumination in both apps.
  • A dated note that a moon or sky reflection happened, and which app it was written in.

What stays here

  • The reflection itself. It is kept once, in the app you wrote it in.
  • Deeper chart interpretation stays in Astrology Keys; TimeKey shows the planning line.

A short window onto the day, on your Today page.

New moon, full moon and daily prompts appear as a writing mode.

A reflection is only ever kept in one place. If you write it in Astrology Keys, TimeKey keeps a dated reference so your reviews still know it happened.

Vitality Keys

Practices and rhythms that will be schedulable here the same way sessions are.

Coming to the Keys

What travels

  • Scheduled practices and their completion, once the connection exists.

What stays here

  • Health detail always stays in Vitality Keys. TimeKey never stores it.
Nothing to set up yet. TimeKey is already shaped to hold it.

Journal writing, task pages, scripts and health detail are never copied between Keys. They move only when you choose the words and send them yourself, or when the shared record — a schedule, a completion, a date — is the whole point of the connection.

Habits

Building and reducing

Only the ones due today, with one-tap logging.

Off by default. Consistency over a month says more than a run of days.

A 'Day X of 21' view for the first stretch. It never marks a habit made or broken.

Observations from your own record, such as when you tend to practise.

Recorded now; nothing is sent until you choose a channel.

Daily routines

Your morning and your evening

The day's calendar, your work blocks, anything carried over, and what matters most.

Every day at 07:30 — In TimeKey. Push and text arrive when those channels are connected.

Celebrate what's done, then decide what happens to whatever isn't.

Every day at 19:30 — In TimeKey. Push and text arrive when those channels are connected.

So 7:30 PM means 7:30 PM where you are.

Weekly review

Your weekly reset

A recurring ritual, not a project. TimeKey invites you; it never books anything.

Every Friday at 2:00 PM. The card appears on Today that day, in TimeKey only.

Notifications

When TimeKey speaks up

A quiet in-app notice when the mail check finds something waiting for review.

Writing

Writing experience

Any page can still choose its own.

Typed words take the handwritten face on writing pages.

Start writing the moment a page opens.

What you write in the journal and on task pages stays private to TimeKey. It is never summarised or sent anywhere unless you hand a passage across yourself.

Seasonal

Colors & decorations

Colors shift gently as the months turn.

Stickers and flourishes. Switches independently of the palette.

Default intensity

Any page can set its own decoration from its sticker tray.

Decorations stay at the edges — they never crowd the space you write in.

Privacy

Privacy & data

Off by default.

Your writing stays on this device. Nothing is shared, sold, or read by anyone else.
