Terms of Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials private, and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us through Support if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Use TimeKey lawfully and for your own planning. Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the service; do not use it to store or send unlawful, infringing or abusive material; do not resell access or scrape the service in bulk.

What you write stays yours. To operate the product we need a limited licence to store, process, back up, transmit and display your content to you and to anyone you deliberately share it with. That licence exists only to run the service, ends when you delete the content or your account, and does not permit us to publish or sell your writing.

You may connect other Keys products or third-party services such as calendars. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them. Only the references you choose to send are shared, and disconnecting stops further sharing.

TimeKey includes an assistant that interprets what you write and proposes changes. Its understanding can be imperfect. Consequential changes — moving your schedule, rescheduling, completing or removing records — are shown to you for confirmation, and you remain responsible for reviewing them before accepting. Do not rely on the assistant for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical decisions.

Some features may be offered on a paid plan. Where a paid plan applies, the price, billing period and renewal terms are shown before purchase; fees are charged through our payment processor; and you may cancel at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise. If no paid plan is offered to you, no charges apply.

TimeKey, the Keys product names, the software, design and content we provide are owned by My Keys LLC and protected by intellectual-property law. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service; nothing more is transferred.

We improve, change and occasionally retire features. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and maintenance or outages may occur. Where a change materially reduces a feature you rely on, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice in the product.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Keys LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

You may stop using TimeKey and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive — content ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability — survive termination.

These terms are governed by applicable law, and by the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the place where you live where those apply. No specific state or forum is designated here.

Note for future review: a state-specific governing-law and venue clause can be added once counsel confirms the jurisdiction for My Keys LLC.

If you opt in to texts, the SMS Terms form part of these terms and are incorporated by reference. Consent to texts is optional and separate from accepting these terms.
