SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Program name: Keys Assistant. Sender: My Keys LLC. Messages are sent from and received at (320) 302-7744.

Conversational assistance you request in plain language; confirmations and updates for planner, task and schedule changes you asked for; reminders you set; account and service-related notifications; and activity confirmations for the Keys products you have chosen to connect. Messages are a response to your own requests and settings.

You opt in by ticking the consent box and providing your mobile number on the text messages page, during account creation, or in Settings. The box is never pre-ticked and consent is never bundled into another action. If a provider keyword opt-in is offered in future it will be described here before it is used.

Message frequency varies and depends on how you use the assistant and which reminders you set. Message and data rates may apply under your plan with your mobile carrier.

Reply STOP to any message to opt out; you will receive one confirmation message and no further messages. Reply HELP for help. You may also opt out in Settings or on the text messages page, or contact us at support@mytimekeys.com.

Consent is not a condition of purchase and is not required to create or use TimeKey. Consent applies only to the mobile number and person who opted in; do not enrol a number that is not yours. You may revoke consent at any time. If your number changes or is reassigned, please opt out and re-enrol the new number.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your device, coverage and carrier, and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is shared only with the messaging provider and carriers needed to deliver the messages you requested.
