TimeKey can be used entirely without texts. If you'd like them, the Keys Assistant texts you back at (320) 302-7744 — and only after you say so here.
The program

- What arrives: answers to what you text, confirmations of planner, task and schedule changes you asked for, reminders you set, account and service notices, and activity confirmations from the Keys products you connect.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. You can also email support@mytimekeys.com.
How to opt in
Three steps, all of them yours: tick the consent box, enter the mobile number you want texts at, and press Record my consent. Nothing is stored before you do all three. You can also do this in Settings or when you create an account — it is always a separate control, never part of the account button.
Declining is a real option
You can create an account, plan your days, journal, track habits and use every part of TimeKey without giving a mobile number. Consent is not a condition of purchase, and nothing in the product is withheld if you say no. If you opt in and change your mind, reply STOP to any message or turn texts off here or in Settings.
Your number
Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data and messaging consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Full detail is in the SMS Terms and the Privacy Policy. Anything else, use Support or email support@mytimekeys.com.
